Privacy Policy

RepDesk is a scheduling and hours-tracking tool built for door-to-door sales teams. This policy explains what information RepDesk collects, why, and how it's handled — for every company using RepDesk, not just one.

Information We Collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and password. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is never visible to us or stored in plain text.
• Work schedule data — the dates, start and end times, and work area you log, along with the doors-per-hour projections calculated from that.
• Company information — the name of the company you belong to, its work areas, and your role within it (rep, manager, or owner).
• Push notification token — a device identifier used only to deliver reminder notifications, if you enable them.

We do not collect your location, access your camera or photos, read your contacts, or use advertising or analytics tracking of any kind.

How We Use It

• To run the scheduling features themselves — logging hours, viewing a team's schedule, calculating projections.
• To let a company's managers see hours and schedules for people on their own team. Managers never see data from a different company.
• To send you a reminder if you haven't logged your hours for the day, when notifications are enabled.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the service providers below.

Third-Party Services

RepDesk relies on two service providers to operate:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication. Your account and schedule data lives here.
• Expo — delivers push notifications to your device, if enabled.

Data Retention & Deletion

If you're removed from a company, your access is revoked immediately, but your historical hours remain on record for that company — the same way a paper timesheet would. To request deletion of your account and personal information entirely, contact us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

RepDesk is a workplace tool and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above.
